Williams River Steel Group (WRS) is seeking an experienced Sales Estimator to join our head office team in Tomago. This is a hands-on role for a construction qualified with proven experience estimating full turnkey commercial and industrial projects.
Key responsibilities n
n
- Prepare accurate, commercially sound estimates and project costings.
n
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation in detail.
n
- Obtain and assess subcontractor and supplier quotations across all relevant trades.
n
- Prepare full turnkey construction pricing.
n
- Work with clients, builders, consultants, designers, drafting, engineering and project delivery teams.
n
- Manage multiple tenders, deadlines, and pricing priorities.
n
About you nn
- Demonstrated sales, estimating full turnkey cycle experience in commercial and industrial construction.
n
- Proven understanding of full turnkey project delivery,
from design and estimating through to construction completion.
n
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
n
- Commercial acumen, attention to detail and confidence working with project costs.
n
- Strong communication, computer, and time-management skills.
n
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Permanent full-time position based at our Tomago head office.
n
