Sales Consultant – Food Trailers (Inbound Leads Only) n

We’re a rapidly growing Australian manufacturer of commercial food trailers, and demand is booming. We’re looking for a confident, people-focused Sales Consultant to convert warm enquiries into happy customers.

This is NOT cold calling — every lead has already expressed interest. Your role is to guide, educate, and help customers choose the right trailer to start or grow their food business.

What You’ll Be Doing n

Handling inbound enquiries via phone, email, and SMS

n

Qualifying leads and understanding customer goals

- n

Recommending the right food trailer solutions

n
- n

Building rapport and guiding customers through the buying process

- n

Following up enquiries and moving them toward purchase

n
- n





Managing order-related admin and keeping records up to date

n
- n

Providing accurate info on pricing, features, and delivery timeframes

n

What We’re Looking For nn
- n

Previous sales experience (phone-based or retail) highly regarded

n
- n

Experience in the food, hospitality, or catering industry is a big plus

n
- n

Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build trust

- n

Confident closing sales and handling objections

n
- n

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

- n

Tech-savvy and comfortable working across systems

- n

Reliable, organised, and able to work independently

Positive, upbeat attitude with a customer-first approach
