Job Description n

We are looking for a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our Banking & Financial Services team, specialising across Software, Artificial Intelligence and Design.

n

This is a outstanding opportunity for someone looking to start their career in recruitment and build expertise within a specialist technology market. No previous recruitment experience is required , although we are also open to candidates with up to three years of experience who are looking for their next opportunity.

n

You’ll work closely with an experienced Account Manager and be part of a successful Banking & Financial Services team supporting some of Australia's largest financial organisations, including major banks, insurers and other leading financial services businesses.

n





You’ll be involved across the full recruitment lifecycle, from receiving a new vacancy through to sourcing, interviewing and ultimately placing the successful candidate.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Source, approach and screen candidates for live roles
n
- Understand candidate experience, motivations, availability and salary expectations
n
- Build candidate shortlists for client opportunities
n
- Coordinate interviews, preparation and feedback
n
- Manage candidates through references, offers and onboarding
n
- Build a strong network across Software, AI and Design
n
- Work closely with Account Managers to deliver on client requirements
n
- Develop your knowledge of the technology and financial services markets
n

Who we're looking for

We're open to candidates with 0-3 years of recruitment experience , with this role particularly suited to someone looking to begin their career in recruitment.
