About the Role: n

- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to identify psychological, physical, and vocational barriers.
n
- Provide individual counselling and vocational guidance to support injury adjustment and career planning.
n
- Develop and implement tailored rehabilitation or return‑to‑work plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
n
- Liaise with employers, treating practitioners, and insurers to coordinate sustainable outcomes.
n
- Manage a caseload of clients with varying psychosocial and vocational needs.
n
- Deliver workplace assessments, job‑seeking support, and workplace modification advice.
n
- Maintain accurate and timely case notes, reports, and insurer correspondence in line with compliance standards.
n
- Promote client empowerment,
self‑efficacy, and mental wellbeing through education and goal‑directed interventions.

- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology OR Rehabilitation Counsellor

- Full AHPRA OR ASORC registration

- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
