The prospect n

We’re seeking an experienced, organized and motivated Site Manager to oversee multiple residential builds across Melbourne’s south eastern suburbs.

n

You’ll manage construction from start to finish, coordinating trades, maintaining quality and safety standards, and keeping clients informed throughout their building journey.

Your responsibilities n

n
- Deliver quality homes within agreed timeframes
n
- Schedule and coordinate trades and subcontractors
n
- Maintain site safety and meet OH&S; obligations
n
- Monitor workmanship throughout every stage of construction
n
- Build strong client relationships and provide clear, timely updates
n
- Monitor and control expenditure against the ETS budget
n




- Resolve site issues and collaborate with the wider construction team
n

About you nn
- Experience managing multiple sites within volume residential construction
n
- Strong knowledge of the building process from start to finish
n
- Excellent organisation, scheduling and problem solving skills
n
- A client focused approach with strong communication skills
n
- An established trade base and the ability to build reliable trade relationships
n
- A motivated, proactive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the team
