Job Description
Lead, coach and inspire a passionate team in MEGT’s Apprenticeship Connect Provider (ACP) Division — Australia’s largest single provider.
n
Based in Southport and reporting to the Manager – Assessment Services , you’ll lead a team of Assessment Services Consultants, driving performance, consistency and exceptional customer service for apprentices and employers.
n
You’ll also oversee reporting and documentation requirements and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support quality assessment services.
n
Guided by MEGT’s Purpose and Values, this is an prospect to make a meaningful impact by supporting businesses, communities and apprentices to create employment solutions that change lives for the better.

Please note: This position is a fixed-term parental leave contract until October 2027.
Key Responsibilities: n
This role is deal for someone who is ready to take the next step and bring their savvy leadership skills, a passion for customer service and the ability to drive efficiency and performance through trailblazing team management including
n
n
- Outstanding leadership and people management skills, with a desire to engage and empower others
n
- Experience in establishing an understanding of team member workloads, with the ability to reallocate, delegate and / or prioritise accordingly to meet divisional and organisational objectives and deadlines
n
- Proven experience in identifying skills & knowledge gaps of team members, and actively supporting and empowering team members to increase capabilities by providing resources and training when required
n
- Solid understanding of the Australian Apprenticeship Support Services Program and Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector including current trends and change factors impacting the apprenticeship sector will be highly regarded
n

You will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated professional who enjoys working independently and building trusted relationship within the community. You will bring:

- Experience in account management, business development, or similar
n
- Robust customer service, communication, and administration skills
n
- A professional, customer-focused approach with strong organisation skills
n
- A results-oriented mindset balanced with integrity and empathy
n
- Knowledge of the VET sector or Australian Apprenticeships (highly regarded)
n
- A current driver’s licence and ability to travel
n
