The Chance n

We are looking for an Onboarding Officer to join our vibrant and professional team. To be considered for this position, you will ideally have:

n

n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
n
- At least one year of previous experience in a reception or administration role (health or medical industry highly regarded)
n
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in data entry
n
- Bilingual proficiency is highly regarded
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
n
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
n
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take initiative
n




- Excellent written, verbal and numeracy skills
n

Your Responsibilities: n

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

n

- Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
n
- Coordinating client bookings, invoicing, and payments
n
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, providers, and insurers, to support service delivery
n
- Supporting basic bookkeeping functions
n
- Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and office coordination
n
- Assisting the wider team with administrative tasks as required
n
