You'll walk into an existing pipeline of warm opportunities to convert , while still having the freedom to generate new business through your own network and external channels.

Manage new business from initial enquiry through to conversion

Nurture and convert existing warm leads

Generate new opportunities through your own network

Develop relationships with referral partners and industry contacts

Build long-term relationships with prospective landlords and clients

Coordinate the onboarding of new managements

Identify new channels and opportunities for growth

About you nn

Must have previous experience in property, real estate or property management business development

n
- n

Strong relationship-building and conversion skills

n
- n

Commercially minded and proactive

n
- n

Confident developing your own network and opportunities

n
- n

Motivated by growth and the prospect to earn commission

- n

Professional fluency in Mandarin is essential, as the role regularly supports an established Mandarin-speaking client base
