Sharp and Carter seeks a State Manager to lead its Recent South Wales stores. You will oversee 30 stores from Sydney CBD to regional centres, partner with buying, marketing and support teams, and report to the Head of Retail.

You’ll spend most of your week in stores, coaching managers, owning the NSW budget and P&L;, and shaping range, events and promotions for NSW customers. You’ll lead openings and refits while maintaining standards across locations.
