Fleet Sales Consultant – Sydney City ŠKODA & GEELY Sydney City n

As a Fleet Sales Consultant at Sydney City ŠKODA and GEELY Sydney City, you’ll be at the forefront of electric vehicle technology delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales performance.

Your day-to-day will include:

n

Engaging with fleet clients to understand their needs and recommend the right vehicle

n

Prepare fleet proposals and tenders

n

Prepare quotes and pricing

n

Place and manage vehicle orders

n

Track vehicle availability and delivery timelines

n

Coordinate vehicle deliveries and handovers.

n

Demonstrating vehicle features with confidence and expertise

n

Managing enquiries, organising test drives, and following up leads

n

Building lasting relationships with customers

n

Working collaboratively to achieve individual and team targets

n

What You’ll Bring

n

Demonstrated experience in automotive sales, fleet sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the fleet and corporate vehicle market.

n

Excellent relationship-building and account-management skills, developing long-term relationships with fleet managers, procurement teams, business owners, salary-packaging consultants and leasing providers.

n

Solid attention to detail when managing vehicle specifications, pricing, finance/lease structures, accessories, trade-ins, registrations and delivery requirements.

n

Proven experience working with Fleet Management Organisations (FMO) and leasing providers,



managing enquiries

n

Experience in the sale of electric and hybrid vehicles

n

A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering results

n

The ability to adapt to changing customer needs and market conditions

n

Self-motivation and a drive to exceed targets

n

Professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm for emerging EV & Hybrid technology

n

Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
