ABOUT THE CHANCE
n Champ Facilities Management is currently seeking an experienced Plumber to join our team in the Blackwater region on a 7/7 dayshift roster .
n This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled plumber looking to work in a mining camp and facilities environment , carrying out general plumbing maintenance, repairs and preventative maintenance across camp accommodation and site facilities.

ABOUT YOU
n To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Cert III in Plumbing Trade Certificate - QBCC Plumbing licence
n
- Current Driver's Licence
n
- Current Coal Board Medical (Advantageous)
n
- Current Standard 11 (Advantageous)
n
- Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screen
n

n

- Experience working in a camp environment

- Gas Test Atmospheres

ABOUT THE ROLE
n Key responsibilities include not limited to:

n

n
- General plumbing repairs and maintenance throughout the camp
n
- Repairing leaking taps, toilets, showers and sinks
n
- Unblocking toilets, drains and wastewater lines
n
- Maintaining hot-water systems and replacing faulty components
n
- Working with electricians, maintenance trades and facilities staff when issues overlap
n
