- Solid communication and a natural ability to connect with guests
- Attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Confidence working in a quality dining environment
- A willingness to learn and develop your food and beverage knowledge
- Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, clubs or quality hospitality environments is preferred
- Reliability, initiative and a strong team mindset
- Availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
- RSA Certificate, or willingness to obtain
