Job Description

V/Line is seeking an HCM Technology Lead to drive end‑to‑end HCM implementation and align solutions with BIS architecture, standards and governance.

This role oversees architecture oversight, system integration, data migration, setting management, testing strategy, deployment and post‑implementation readiness while proactively managing technology risks and engaging stakeholders in a hybrid Melbourne‑based setting.
