WE ARE SEEKING A COMPASSIONATE AND ORGANISED SUPPORT OFFICERS TO JOIN A SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITY SERVICES TEAM!

THE ROLE: n

As the support officer you will provide carer focused services and phone based consultations to support carers in identifying goals and accessing appropriate supports and services. This role supports intake, planning, and coordination activities within a dynamic and collaborative setting. It requires a high level of flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast paced setting

You will work in a strengths based and trauma informed manner, supporting carers through intake, assessment, planning, implementation,



and evaluation of tailored support plans.

SELECTION CRITERIA: n

n
- Essential: Relevant tertiary qualification in Health Services, Social Sciences, Psychology, Social Work
n
- Demonstrated experience with assessments, service coordination, and referral processes
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional telephone manner
n
- National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
n
- Previous experience working in a call centre environment is essential
n
