Our client is seeking Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to join their growing team across Logan and surrounding areas , providing high-quality, person-centred care within the community.

n

This is an opportunity for experienced and compassionate Enrolled Nurses who enjoy working closely with clients, supporting independence and delivering clinical care in a community-based environment.

n

You will work as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, providing care to clients who may have disability, complex health or high-intensity support needs.

Duties & Responsibilities: n

n
- Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care in accordance with individual care and support plans
n
- Administer medications and complete medication-related documentation
n
- Monitor clients' health, wellbeing and clinical presentation
n
- Provide wound care and other clinical interventions within your scope of practice
n
- Support clients with continence care, catheter care and other complex care requirements where required
n
- Assist with PEG feeding and high-intensity supports where appropriately trained and competent
n
- Identify and elevate changes in a client's condition appropriately
n
- Maintain accurate clinical notes, progress records and incident documentation
n
- Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses, Clinical Case Managers, support workers and other healthcare professionals
n
- Support clients to maintain their independence, dignity, choice and quality of life
n
- Follow organisational policies, clinical procedures and relevant regulatory requirements
n
- Respond calmly and professionally to changing or challenging situations within the community
n





About You: n

We are looking for Enrolled Nurses who are confident working independently while remaining part of a wider clinical team.

n

You will ideally have experience within community nursing, disability, supported independent living, home care or complex care , although candidates with strong transferable nursing experience are also encouraged to apply.

Essential Requirements: n

n
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
n
- Current Australian working rights
n
- Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
n
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
n
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one where required
n
- Ability to complete relevant worker screening and compliance requirements
n
- Robust clinical documentation and communication skills
n
- Ability to work confidently and professionally within clients' homes and community settings
n
- Reliable transport and ability to travel within the Logan area as required
n
