Conveyancing Paralegal n

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Paralegal to join a well-established law firm with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities n

n
- Assist solicitors with residential and commercial conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
n
- Prepare and review contracts, transfer documents, and other relevant legal paperwork
n
- Conduct property searches, draft correspondence, and liaise with clients, agents, and third parties
n
- Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
n
- Provide high-quality client care and manage communications promptly and professionally
n

Requirements nn
- Previous experience in conveyancing (minimum 1–2 years in a similar role preferred)
n
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
n
- Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
n




- Strong communication and client service skills
n
- Proficiency in using conveyancing software and Microsoft Office Suite
n
