Place Albany Creek is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our growing Property Management team.

n

We’re looking for someone who knows their way around a portfolio, takes pride in doing things properly and enjoys building strong relationships with owners, tenants and trades.

ABOUT THE ROLE n

As a Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of your portfolio including:

n

- Managing a portfolio of residential properties from end to end
n
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners and tenants
n
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
n
- Conducting routine inspections and following up maintenance items
n
- Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and tenancy agreements
n
- Managing leasing and new tenancies
n
- Conducting entry and exit inspections
n
- Handling tenancy matters and compliance requirements
n
- Liaising with trades, contractors and suppliers
n
- Keeping accurate records and maintaining high-quality property files
n
- Providing a high level of service to owners and tenants
n

ABOUT YOU n

We’re looking for someone with at least 1–2 years' previous Property Management experience who is confident managing their own workload and takes ownership of their responsibilities.
