Job Description

As a Key Account Manager, you will focus on developing strategic accounts, ensuring clients receive exceptional service while driving long-term revenue growth through deeper collaboration.
What You’ll Do n
n
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key business accounts, driving retention and expansion
n
- Partner with clients to understand their goals and deliver tailored solutions
n
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and business acumen in pursuing upsell and cross-sell opportunities for strategic sales
n
- Collaborate with internal and offshore teams to deliver seamless service, accurate quotes, invoices, and account support
n
- Proactively gather client feedback, resolve issues, and enhance the customer experience
n
- Leverage sales data and account insights to uncover new business opportunities
n
What You’ll Bring nn
- Proven sales experience within the building, interior design, or furniture industries (e.g., showroom sales, bathroom/flooring/tapware specialists, commercial furniture, or interior designers with sales backgrounds)
n
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret floor plans and technical layouts.
n
- Experience in the Commercial Furniture industry highly regarded
n
- Excellent ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite
n
- Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and a client-first approach
n
- Confidence in using CRM systems (e.g Salesforce) and reporting on client metrics
n
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
