How you will make contributions that matter n

Join Saputo Dairy as an IT Technical Specialist - Regional Support. You will join our Applications team supporting a diverse portfolio of bespoke and commercial business applications.

This newly created role strengthens a small, highly capable team responsible for systems that support manufacturing, milk collection, supplier payments and other critical business operations.

n

Working across a mix of application support (70%) and projects and enhancements (30%), you'll play a key role in maintaining, improving and evolving critical systems that keep the business running.

Key responsibilities n

- Support, monitor and maintain business-critical applications.
n
- Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes and implement long-term solutions.
n
- Deliver system enhancements, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and technology vendors.
n
- Manage user access, system administration, maintenance and governance activities.
n
- Contribute to project delivery, solution design and technical recommendations.
n
- Ensure systems remain secure, compliant and fit for purpose.
n

About You nn
- You are a technically capable applications specialist who enjoys solving complex problems,



supporting critical systems and working closely with the business to deliver practical technology solutions.
n
- Significant experience supporting enterprise or business-critical applications.
n
- Strong C# and .NET development experience.
n
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
n
- Experience working within complex application environments.
n
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Ability to work independently and take ownership through to resolution.
n

Preferred Experience nn
- Microsoft SQL Server and Reporting Services.
n
- Azure cloud technologies and DevOps practices.
n
- APIs, integrations and web services.
n
- Manufacturing, operational or production environments.
n
- Bespoke or custom-built applications.
n
- Exposure to AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
