Salary: $70,000 – $84,000 (depending on experience and skill set)
Location: Alice Springs, NT

Lasseters Hotel Casino is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and Food & Beverage team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth operational logistics, and leading a high-performing team. The Restaurant Manager will enhance the guest experience, support staff development, and work closely with our Hotel and Casino departements.

Experience & Qualifications

n

Completion of a hospitality, F&B;,



or restaurant management qualification

n
- n

Relevant qualification equivalent to an AQF Diploma (preferred)

- n

3–5 years of relevant hospitality or F&B; management experience

n
- n

Strong knowledge of F&B; operations and service delivery

n
- n

Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment

n
- n

High level of computer literacy (POS, rostering systems, MS Office, etc.)

n
- n

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

n
- n

Demonstrated customer service excellence
