Work & Training along with our valued host in Deloraine, North West Tasmania, are on the lookout for applicants with a passion for the food industry, wishing to undertake their Certificate III Commercial Cookery apprenticeship.

This very busy, small business in Deloraine are looking for a very passionate apprentice to undertake a Certificate III In Commercial Cookery.

What would this involve? n

n
- You would be employed by Work & Training for the duration of your training contract, & hosted our valuable client.
n
- Full time hours Tuesday - Saturday 11am - 8 pm. Sunday & Monday off.
n
- Full entitlements including four weeks of holidays for the year.
n

Gain valuable experience on the job: nn
- You will receive training, mentoring and support to become part of this enthusiastic team.
n
- Extra mentoring and support would be provided by Work & Training.
n
- You will embark on valuable on-the-job training to compliment the formal training you will receive during the attainment of your nationally accredited certificate.
n

Our ideal candidate would: nn




- Be available to work Saturdays.
n
- Have a genuine interest in pursuing Commercial Cookery as a career.
n
- Have the ability to work well under pressure, think on their feet and the ability to multitask.
n

Wage: nn
- National Apprenticeship Wage Applies.

What happens next? nn
- Suitable applicants will be contacted for an initial discussion regarding this Apprenticeship.

- You may be asked to complete aptitude testing, or other documentation.
n
- The third stage of recruitment involves a face-to-face interview with the host employer.
n
- If you are the successful applicant, you will complete employment documents, a training contract, and a start date will be arranged!
