The Role n

You'll manage your own Family Law practice across parenting and/or property matters with autonomy and support to do your best work.

n

You'll appear in Court, mediations and dispute resolution conferences, provide strategic advice to clients, brief Counsel and play an active role in mentoring junior members of the team.

n

As our practice continues to grow, you'll also have the opportunity to develop your business development skills, management skills, strengthen referral relationships and establish yourself as a recognised Family Law practitioner.

About You n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- 4+ years' PQE practising predominantly in Family Law.
n
- Experience managing your own matters with minimal supervision.
n
- Strong technical knowledge across parenting and property matters.
n
- Excellent advocacy, drafting and communication skills.
n
- A genuine passion for helping clients through complex and sensitive situations.
n
- The confidence to mentor and support junior team members.
n
- A collaborative approach and a desire to contribute to the continued growth of your practice.
n
