Community Wine House is looking for a capable, hands-on Venue Manager who is great with humans and wants to be part of a small, inclusive and affirming team.

We're looking for someone who can run a busy floor, keep the practical side of the venue moving, and help create a space where staff and guests feel welcome.

n

Essential is someone who gets and can maintain the VIBE of CWH.

You are able to: n

- Run the floor and lead service.
n
- Support and manage our team, including HR.
n
- Manage stock, ordering and venue logistics.
n
- Keep on top of licensing, compliance, and other venue legalities.
n
- Work alongside our Marketing Lead and contribute to internal marketing conversations.
n
- Communicate openly, kindly and clearly.
n

Experience managing a hospitality venue is important.

Desirable (and if your background is more heavily in these skills, rather than hospitality, please also reach out): n

- An understanding of natural wine

- A marketing, communications, or psychology background
