- Robust experience in Microsoft Exchange Server administration, Exchange Site Transformation, and messaging infrastructure migration projects.
n
- Hands-on expertise with Exchange Server 2016/2019, Exchange Online, Office 365, and hybrid
n
- environments. Proven experience in mailbox migrations, site consolidations, tenant-to-tenant
n
- migrations, coexistence management, and Exchange infrastructure modernization.
n
- Deep understanding of mail flow, SMTP, DNS, Active Directory integration, DAG (Database Availability Group), load balancing, and high-availability configurations.
n
- Experience in troubleshooting complex mail delivery, performance, and connectivity issues.
n
- Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting for Exchange administration, automation, and reporting.
n
- Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and project execution skills.
n

Nice to Have Skills: nn
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure services, and

- hybrid identity solutions.

- Knowledge of Exchange security technologies including Microsoft Defender for Office 365, email

- Experience with migration tools such as Quest,

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer - Exchange Site Transformation to support

enterprise messaging transformation and modernization initiatives.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and supporting Exchange

infrastructure transformation projects, including data center migrations, site consolidations, Exchange

n

upgrades, hybrid deployments, and cloud migration programs.

The role requires strong expertise in Microsoft Exchange Server, Exchange Online, Active Directory,

mail flow architecture, high-availability solutions, and messaging security technologies.
