Over five years, Clubby Sports has earned the trust of 3.4million people every month — building a network across Dyl and Friends, Footy and Friends, 200 PLUS, Tradies, and More Greens Golf that genuinely connects with Australian sports fans through podcasts, social, and live events.

More and more of that audience finds us through video - on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and beyond. The reach is there. What we need next is someone to own our video output end to end and make every frame feel unmistakably Clubby.

That's where you come in.

The role

Video Lead is a key creative hire for Clubby.

You'll report to our Head of Content and work closely with our producers, talent and partnerships team. This means owning video across the whole network - from how a full episode is shot and cut, to which 30 seconds become a viral clip, to how a partner's branded series comes to life.

You'll be across the camera, the edit and the numbers. The person who makes sure everything we publish looks great, lands on time and gets watched.

What you’ll actually do

Video production & post

- Lead the shoot and edit of long-form video podcast episodes across all five shows
- Produce short-form vertical content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts - finding the moments that travel
- Shoot and edit at live events, activations and on location
- Own the post-production standard - grading, audio, graphics, captions and pacing

Creative & platform growth

- Set and protect the visual style of Clubby video - templates, graphics packages, intros, thumbnails and set looks
- Use YouTube and social analytics to understand what works, and turn those insights into better content
- Pitch and develop new video formats, series and segments with our producers and talent
- Stay across platform trends and bring fresh ideas before everyone else catches on

Team & workflow

- Lead, brief and mentor our editors, shooters and freelancers, giving direct and constructive feedback
- Build a production workflow that is fast,



repeatable and scalable - from capture to publish
- Manage the publishing calendar for video across platforms, alongside the Head of Content
- Look after our gear, studio set-up and footage archive

Branded content & partnerships

- Work with our partnerships team to scope, shoot and deliver branded video for commercial partners
- Bring creative ideas to briefs and help show partners what Clubby video can do

Who we’re looking for

You don't need to tick every box - but the best version of this person looks something like this:

- 3+ years shooting and editing video in a digital media, sport or entertainment setting
- Advanced editing skills in Premiere Pro (or similar), with solid After Effects, colour and audio know-how
- Confident behind the camera - multi-cam studio set-ups, run-and-gun and live event shooting
- A proven feel for short-form - you know how to hook an audience in the first three seconds
- Experience leading or mentoring editors and creatives, or managing freelancers
- Comfortable with YouTube Studio and social analytics, and using data to shape creative decisions
- Passion for Australian sport - particularly AFL - and a genuine understanding of the culture around it
- Existing familiarity with Clubby Sports and our community? Even better
