Doric is seeking an experienced Warehouse Storeperson (LF/LO) to join our Warehouse team in Wetherill Park. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will play a hands-on role in supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and helping the team achieve productivity, safety, and service targets. Hours of Work n

n
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30am to 4:00pm
n
- Friday: 7:30am to 2:00pm
n
- $32.50 per hour
n

Key responsibilities nn
- Operate High Reach Forklift (LF) and Order Picker/Stock Picker (LO)
n
- Accurately pick, pack and move stock using RF scanning equipment
n
- Perform cycle counting and inventory control activities
n
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
n
- Process inventory transactions and maintain stock accuracy
n




- Assist the Warehouse Team Leader with daily warehouse operations and administrative tasks
n
- Support order fulfilment and dispatch activities
n
- Maintain warehouse housekeeping and safety standards
n
- Follow site procedures and safe work practices at all times
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse
n

About you nn
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience operating an LO Stock Picker
n
- Current LF
n
- Proven warehouse and stock picking experience
n
- Experience using RF scanning devices
n
- Strong inventory control and stock management skills
n
- Valuable numeracy and problem-solving abilities
n
- Ability to investigate stock discrepancies and identify root causes
n
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
n
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
