Job Description Summary
The Data & Reporting Analyst will work across all account service lines (Property Management, Facilities Management, Finance, Vendor Management, Shared Services, PSC, Risk & Compliance,Sustainability). The role will be the first point of contact for all data, reporting, business systems requests. The role will maintain and develop client reporting portal (Triana/Power BI) and all reporting templates (Excel) and automation (Power Automate/Alteryx) used across the account. n
nUnder the guidance of the Performance and Reporting Manager, and in conjunction with the Global Technology Solutions (GTS) and Operational Excellence team, the Data & Reporting Analyst provides ongoing support to the client Account Team and the client by resolving BAU technology issues and assisting in the roll out of Cushman & Wakefield technology initiatives.n

About the Role
n
We are seeking a highly analytical and tech-savvy Performance & Reporting Coordinator to join our team supporting an Australian Federal Government client.
n
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of data, technology and business performance. You'll be the go-to expert for reporting, business intelligence and process automation, partnering with teams across Facilities Management, Property Management, Finance, Vendor Management, Sustainability and Shared Services.
n
Reporting to the Performance & Reporting Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing reporting platforms, developing new dashboards and automation solutions and providing meaningful insights that support operational excellence and strategic decision-making.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- n
Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
n
- n
Support and manage reporting portals including Triana and Power BI
n
- n
Design and improve automation workflows using Power Automate and other technologies
n
- n
Provide ad hoc reporting and data analysis to support business requirements
n
- n
Monitor data quality, identify issues and drive corrective actions
n
- n
Investigate reporting and system issues and identify root causes
n
- n
Create data integrity reports and performance monitoring tools
n
- n
Develop reporting templates and business improvement tools
n
- n
Support the rollout of technology initiatives across the account
n
- n
Document reporting processes, user requirements and change requests
n
- n
Partner with operational teams to improve reporting capability and data management
n
- n
Deliver meaningful insights that support business performance and decision-making
n
n
About You
n
n
- n
Must have Australian Citizenship and be eligible for Baseline Security Clearance
n
- n
Minimum 2 years' experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence or technology support
n
- n
Strong Power BI development experience (essential)
n
- n
Experience using Power Automate (essential)
n
- n
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large and complex datasets
n
- n
Advanced Excel skills including reporting and automation capability
n
- n
Experience improving data quality and governance processes
n
- n
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
- n
Working knowledge of SQL and database structures
n
- n
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams
n
- n
Experience within Property, Facilities Management or related industries highly regarded
n
- n
Experience with Power Apps, Alteryx or ERP systems such as JDE desirable
n
