As an Aged Care RN or EN, you will provide high-quality nursing care and support residents across a variety of residential aged care facilities throughout Townsville.,

- Delivering person-centred nursing care
- Medication administration and clinical assessments within scope of practice
- Monitoring resident health and wellbeing
- Supporting care plans and clinical documentation
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Building positive relationships with residents, families and staff

About the Candidate





- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN)
- Minimum 12 months recent aged care nursing experience
- Current National Police Check
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Evidence of required vaccinations and serology
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work across a variety of shift types
- Full Australian working rights
