We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Electrical Project Manager to join NC Electrical and Communications. This is a full‑time position based in Wangara, WA 6065.
You will be responsible for overseeing commercial electrical projects from inception through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is pivotal to our continued success and growth in the commercial electrical sector.

What you'll be doing
Planning, coordinating and managing all aspects of commercial electrical projects, including scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation
Liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and consistently met
Monitoring project progress against timelines and budgets, implementing corrective actions when necessary
Conducting regular site inspections and quality audits to maintain compliance with health and safety standards and project specifications
Managing project documentation, including contracts, drawings, method statements and completion reports in conjunction with our Administrative team
Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues, maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders
Supervising and mentoring site teams to ensure efficient execution of works
Preparing accurate project reports and maintaining detailed records for post-project analysis
What we're looking for
Proven experience in project management within commercial electrical works or related construction disciplines
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices and relevant Australian standards (such as AS/NZS 3000)
Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office applications
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
Demonstrated leadership and team coordination experience
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution‑focused approach
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required
Working knowledge of workplace health and safety legislation and best practices
