An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a dynamic HR team in Brisbane CBD on a 2-3 month contract.

In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across both technical/operational and corporate roles. Working closely with key stakeholders and hiring managers, you will drive candidate attraction strategies, deliver seamless recruitment outcomes, and ensure a high standard of candidate care.

In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across both technical/operational and corporate roles. Working closely with key stakeholders and hiring managers, you will drive candidate attraction strategies, deliver seamless recruitment outcomes, and ensure a high standard of candidate care.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Manage full end-to-end recruitment processes across blue-collar and white-collar vacancies.
n
- Partner with hiring managers and People & Culture teams to establish explicit job specifications and sourcing strategies.
n




- Proactively source and headhunt talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and talent networks.
n
- Conduct resume screening, phone interviews, and behavioural-based selection interviews.
n
- Coordinate pre-employment medicals, police checks, reference checks, and site compliance/mobilisation requirements.
n
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking and data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
n

Key Requirements / About You nn
- Proven experience in end-to-end talent acquisition or recruitment (agency or in-house).
n
- Must have demonstrated recruitment experience within the Mining, Resources, or Heavy Industry sectors.
n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to build trust with hiring managers.
n
- Strong candidate sourcing and pipeline management skills.
n
- High attention to detail, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Immediately available or available on short notice to commence a 2-3 month contract.
