Job Description

- With guidance, contribute to the execution of OCM activities aligned with project goals and stakeholder needs.
n
- Assist in assessing readiness for change at individual, team, and organizational levels.
n
- Support the development of tactics to enable smooth implementation and overcome resistance to change.
n
- Participate in drafting initiative‑specific deliverables such as change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and resistance management plans.
n
- Help monitor change adoption progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
n
Communication & Engagement nn
- Develop clear, engaging, and audience‑appropriate communications (emails, newsletters, intranet content, posters, presentations, etc.).
n
- Assist in creating multimedia collateral—videos, infographics, brochures—supporting change awareness and understanding.
n
- Communicate complex ideas in simple, accessible language tailored to diverse stakeholder groups.
n
- Contribute to training needs assessments and the development of learning materials.
n
- Support delivery of training sessions for individuals, teams, and leaders.
n
- Help maintain training assets and update content as needed.
n
- Work closely with OCM Managers and Leads to ensure alignment with broader change strategies.
n
- Participate in workshops, feedback sessions, and stakeholder briefings to gather insights and refine approaches.
n
- Assist with special OCM projects as assigned.
n
- Support the collection and interpretation of adoption metrics, stakeholder feedback, and other data to inform change sustainment planning.
n
Required Skills & Capabilities nn
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills in English; additional languages (especially German, Dutch or other European languages)
are a plus.
n
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and structure messages effectively for different audiences.
n
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
n
- Creative mindset with interest in using design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or similar) for basic graphic or video editing.
n
- Basic understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, CMBoK).
n
- Organised, detail‑oriented, and capable of coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously.
n
- Strong analytical thinking and willingness to interpret stakeholder insights and data.
n
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a quick‑paced, matrixed environment.
n
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
n
- Interest in Business Process Improvement, Knowledge Management, or Instructional Design.
n
- Experience or coursework related to digital transformation, organizational behavior, psychology, or communications.
n
- Familiarity with dashboard or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, ServiceNow).
n
- Experience or willingness to explore AI‑assisted tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) for drafting communications, analysing data, or enhancing stakeholder engagement.
n
- Exposure to enterprise environments or university projects involving change, communication, or training.
n
You will be successful in this role if you have: nn
- Bachelor’s degree or final‑year student in Communications, Business, Psychology, Organisational Development, Human Resources , or a related field.
n
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (student projects, internships, or part‑time roles welcome).
n
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
