About the Role n

EM Electrical Group is growing, and we’re looking for motivated Electrical Apprentices who want exposure to a broad range of electrical work and the opportunity to develop into highly capable tradespeople.

n

As an Electrical Apprentice with EM Electrical Group, you’ll gain hands-on experience across:

n

n
- Residential, commercial and industrial electrical work
n
- Solar PV installations and upgrades
n
- Battery energy storage systems
n
- EV charger installations
n
- Fault finding, testing and commissioning
n
- Electrical maintenance and installation work
n
- On-site learning alongside experienced electricians and supervisors
n

n

You’ll also receive hands-on, in-house training directly from our founder, Joshua ,



with a strong emphasis on learning the trade properly — working safely, maintaining a clean and professional site, understanding why things are done a certain way, and producing work you can be proud of.

n

This role is ideal for an apprentice who wants more than repetitive work and is motivated to develop a broad electrical skill set while growing within a supportive team.

What We’re Looking For n

We’re looking for someone who:

- Is currently completing an Electrical Apprenticeship
n
- Has exposure to solar, commercial and/or industrial electrical work
n
- Has a solid work ethic and genuine willingness to learn
n
- Takes pride in workmanship and attention to detail
n
- Is reliable, punctual and respectful
n
- Works well as part of a team
n
- Can also take responsibility and work independently when appropriate
n
- Is physically fit and comfortable performing practical, hands-on work
n
- Is comfortable working at heights
n
- Is capable of safely lifting and handling solar panels
n

Requirements n

Applicants must have:

- A current Australian Driver Licence
n
- Their own reliable vehicle
n
- A current Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
n
- A current Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain one
n
- The physical ability to undertake electrical and solar installation work
n
- The ability and willingness to work safely at heights
n
