As we continue to grow Business Banking across regional Australia, we are looking for an experienced Senior Business Banker to support commercial and agribusiness customers across the Central West.

This role suits someone who values genuine relationships, autonomy and the chance to make a visible difference in regional communities.

You will grow a quality portfolio with the support of a collaborative team and direct access to customers whose businesses are part of the local community.

The opportunity In this role, you will: n

- Develop and grow a quality commercial and agribusiness portfolio.
n
- Build strong relationships with customers, brokers, referral partners and community stakeholders.
n
- Identify quality new-to-bank opportunities through networks, referrals and direct customer engagement.
n
- Structure tailored lending solutions and apply strong credit, commercial and risk judgement.
n

About you n

You will be an experienced Business, Commercial or Agribusiness Banker who enjoys building relationships,



creating opportunities and helping customers make confident business decisions.

You will bring: n

- Strong commercial and/or agribusiness lending experience.
n
- A track record of growing relationships and identifying quality new business.
n
- Sound credit analysis, financial assessment and commercial judgement.
n
- A genuine commitment to supporting regional businesses and communities.
n

High integrity, solid relationship skills and a practical, customer-focused approach.
