In this role, you will deliver high-quality security services while providing exceptional customer service and responding effectively to incidents and emergencies. Opportunities are available permanent casual reliving basis, with flexible rostering to suit a variety of availability preferences.

Key Responsibilities nn
- Deliver high-level security services with a strong customer service focus
n
- Conduct guarding, patrolling, and monitoring of premises
n
- Manage site access control systems and ensure safety compliance
n
- Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
n
- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential security risks
n
- Complete accurate incident reports and maintain detailed records
n

Skills & Experience nn
- Current NSW Security Licence (including Crowd Controller component)
n
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
n
- Previous experience within the security industry
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Professional presentation with a proactive and reliable attitude
