Apprentice Cabinet Maker (2nd or 3rd Year) n

If you’re a motivated apprentice cabinet maker who takes pride in building high‑quality, functional spaces, we’d love to have you on our team. We’re a busy, well‑established company delivering a mix of residential and commercial cabinetry, and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow their skills, contribute meaningfully, and build a career they’re proud of.

What You’ll Be Doing n

Your days will be wide-ranging, hands‑on, and genuinely skill‑building. You’ll:

Work on custom cabinetry — fabricating premium joinery components and architectural builds

n
- n

Read and interpret plans — including technical drawings and cutting lists

n
- n

Operate workshop machinery — panel saws, edge banders, and other tools with care and confidence

n
- n

Assist with installations — learning fit‑off, finishing, and on‑site problem solving

n
- n

Assemble joinery — from flat‑pack components to detailed architectural pieces

n
- n

Maintain quality standards — ensuring every finish meets our premium expectations

n
- n

Contribute to a safe, tidy workshop

n
- n

Work collaboratively with a supportive team of qualified tradespeople

n

n

You’ll be trusted with real responsibilities—not just sweeping floors—and encouraged to keep developing your craft every day.

What You Bring n

We’re looking for someone who already has a solid foundation in the trade and wants to keep improving. You’ll need:

2nd or 3rd year apprenticeship , or equivalent joinery experience

- n





Manual licence, reliable car, and White Card

n
- n

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

n
- n

Attention to detail and pride in your workmanship

n
- n

Good communication skills and a positive, team‑focused attitude

n
- n

Reliability — showing up, giving your best, and caring about the work

- n

Genuine passion for timber, cabinetry, and modern joinery
