David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leadingonline Casino and iGaming provider,who are looking to recruit aInfluencer/Partnership Manager tobuild up and manage local market Instagram Influencer to support their online Casino brand.

Position:Influencer/Partnership Manager

Remuneration: Base + commission

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

n

- n

Identify and recruit local influencers, streamers, creators and community partners across Instagram

n
- n

Build and maintain a strong database of influencers within the assigned market

n
- n

Negotiate partnership agreements including CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid and fixed-fee models

n
- n

Onboard influencers by providing tracking links, promo codes, landing pages and marketing assets

n
- n

Manage day-to-day influencer relationships and campaign execution

n
- n

Monitor campaign performance using KPIs including FTDs, deposits, CPA, ROI, NGR and player quality

n
- n

Optimise existing partnerships and reactivate underperforming influencers

n
- n

Collaborate with Marketing, Creative and Affiliate teams to improve campaign performance

n
- n

Monitor competitor activity and identify emerging influencer trends within the local market

n
- n

Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and partnership opportunities

n
- n





Ensure all promotional activities comply with local advertising regulations and compliance requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

n

n
- n

Experience in Influencer Marketing, Partnership Management, Affiliate Management or KOL Management

n
- n

Strong knowledge of the local market and influencer landscape

n
- n

Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills

n
- n

Commercial mindset with a focus on acquisition and performance metrics

n
- n

Fluent in the local market language and valuable command of English

n
- n

Experience within iGaming, Online Casino, Sportsbook, Crypto Casino or Affiliate Marketing

n
- n

Experience working with CPA, Revenue Share and Hybrid partnership models

n
- n

Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms, promo codes and landing page optimisation

n
- n

Experience launching campaigns in regulated or emerging iGaming markets.

n
