FOOD & BEVERAGE TEAM LEADER | Pool Bar n

Pool Bar is seeking an energetic and experienced Bar Attendant who is ready to step into a leadership role. As our new Food & Beverage Team Leader, you’ll work alongside the management team to support the day-to-day operations of this lively, fast-paced venue while mentoring and developing fellow team members.

Your Role n

As Food & Beverage Team Leader, you’ll help coordinate daily Pool Bar operations while remaining hands-on with service. You’ll coach team members, support management and help ensure every guest receives friendly, efficient and engaging service.

Where you’ll make an impact n

- Lead the team by example during service
n
- Support daily bar operations and service coordination
n




- Prepare and serve beverages efficiently and consistently
n
- Coach and mentor Food & Beverage Attendants
n
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members
n
- Resolve guest enquiries professionally and confidently
n
- Support opening, closing and operational procedures
n
- Maintain high service standards and venue presentation
n
- Ensure RSA, food safety and WHS compliance
n
- Foster a positive, energetic and supportive team culture
n

What we’re looking for n

- Solid bar and beverage service experience
n
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
n
- An energetic and hands-on approach to service
n
- Confidence supporting and motivating a team
n
- Passion for mentoring and developing others
n
- A desire to take the next step towards management
n
- RSA Certificate (Essential)
