Job Description

Launch Housing, a Melbourne-based community organisation, is seeking a Case Manager to support clients experiencing or at risk of homelessness. The role involves developing personalised case plans, coordinating services, and empowering clients toward housing independence.

The position is permanent, part-time (68.4 hours per fortnight) and based at Dandenong, with eligibility for versatile working and access to training and wellbeing supports.
