The Head Spa Studio is Wollongong’s premier luxury head spa and wellness destination. We specialise in scalp health, relaxation, luxury hair care and premium client experiences in a calm and beautiful setting.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Hairdresser / Beauty Therapist to join our team both Full-time and Christmas Casuals.

n

This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves both hair and beauty and is looking to work in a luxury wellness-focused environment rather than a traditional salon setting.

About the Role n

As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences through a combination of hair, scalp and beauty services.

Your role may include:

- Luxury shampooing, blow dries and styling
n
- Hair treatments and scalp assessments
n
- Performing luxury head spa treatments
n
- Beauty services (where qualified)
n
- Client consultations and treatment recommendations
n
- Maintaining treatment rooms and salon presentation
n
- Supporting a premium guest experience from arrival to departure
n

About You nn
- Certificate III in Hairdressing
n
- Minimum 3 years salon experience
n
- Strong blow-drying and styling skills
n




- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
n
- Professional presentation and attention to detail
n
- Ability to work independently and within a team
n
- Availability to work Saturdays
n

Highly Desirable nn
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy
n
- Head spa, scalp health or massage experience
n
- Experience within luxury salons, spas or wellness environments
n
