Furnish Solutions is an established property styling business based in Williamstown, styling homes across Melbourne for sale.

For more than 20 years, we've built our business around creating homes that feel warm, considered and inviting — not simply "styled".

We're a close-knit, hands-on team and are now looking for an experienced Senior Property Stylist to join us.

This position will initially be casual, Monday to Friday, but we're looking beyond simply filling an immediate vacancy. For the right person, there is a genuine opportunity to progress into a full-time Styling Lead role , with increasing responsibility for our styling projects and team.

About the role n

This is an end-to-end property styling role for someone who can take ownership of a project rather than needing to be directed through each stage.

You’ll assess properties,



determine what they need, create a clear styling direction and carry that vision through from quoting and selections to installation.

n

You’ll work alongside our Directors, stylists and logistics team across properties throughout Melbourne.

n

Your key responsibilities will include:

n

- Assessing properties, floor plans and styling requirements
n
- Preparing quotes and selecting furniture, artwork and accessories
n
- Creating cohesive schemes suited to each individual property
n
- Leading and working hands‑on during installations and pack‑ups
n
- Troubleshooting on site and confidently making decisions when plans change
n

About you n

We're looking for someone who already understands the property styling process and can confidently manage the end to end process.

n

Creativity is significant, but so are practicality, judgement and the ability to solve problems.

n

You’ll ideally bring:

n

n
- Strong property styling or relevant interior styling experience
n
- Confidence quoting, reading floor plans and making selections
n
- A strong understanding of scale, proportion, colour and spatial planning
n
- Practical installation skills, including confidently hanging artwork
n




- Leadership qualities and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
n

n

You’ll need to be organised, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where stock, schedules and property requirements can change.

n

You’ll also need to be genuinely hands‑on. Property styling involves installations, pack‑ups, making beds, positioning furniture, carrying smaller items and accessories, and hanging artwork. This is not a desk-based interior design position.

Location: Williamstown, with projects throughout Melbourne
Employment: Casual initially, with potential to progress to full-time
Days: Monday to Friday
Rate: $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience

Property styling doesn’t always fit neatly into standard office hours, so some early starts and later finishes are part of the role.
