- Work closely with clients to understand IAM requirements and translate them into operational support strategies.
n
- Provide advisory input on IAM best practices and compliance alignment.
n
- Handle L2 and L3 level incidents and service requests for SailPoint IDN/ISC and MS Identity Services.
n
- Provide 24x7 support for P1 and P2 issues, including weekend coverage.
n
- Troubleshoot complex identity lifecycle, provisioning, and access governance issues.
n
- Understanding and good hands on in application onboarding, provisioning workflows, access reviews, and connector configurations.
n
- Support customization of quick links, reports, and workflows.
n
- Good experience in develop and maintain SailPoint connectors (OOTB and custom).
n
- Administer MS Identity Services, ensuring integration with SailPoint and other IAM tools.
n
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams to strengthen IAM adoption.
n
- Document operational procedures and share best practices.
n




- Stay updated with SailPoint and Microsoft product enhancements, industry trends, and security threats.
n
- Recommend improvements to IAM processes and automation roadmaps.
n
- Assist customers in achieving compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards.
n
- Implement proactive monitoring and reporting solutions to identify and mitigate risks.
n
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint IDN, ISC, and MS Identity Services in a managed services setting.
n
- Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, governance frameworks, and privileged access management (PAM).
n
- Experience with application onboarding, provisioning, workflow customization, and access reviews.
n
- Familiarity with other IAM tools (Okta, Saviynt, ForgeRock/PingID).
n
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills.
n
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global support model.
