We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Freight Handling Pick-Up & Delivery Driver to join our team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being on the road, working with customers and getting the job done safely and efficiently.

About the Role n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Picking up and delivering freight to customers and businesses
n
- Loading and unloading freight from the truck
n
- Securing freight safely for transport
n
- Completing delivery paperwork and following delivery procedures
n
- Providing professional and friendly customer service
n
- Conducting basic vehicle checks and maintaining a clean and safe vehicle
n
- Following all workplace health and safety requirements
n
- Working efficiently to meet daily delivery schedules
n

About You n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Current Medium Rigid (MR) Driver's Licence - essential
n
- Previous experience in freight, transport,



delivery or logistics
n
- A good driving history
n
- Excellent time management and reliability
n
- Good communication and customer service skills
n
- The ability to safely lift and handle freight
n
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
n
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
n
- A qualified and positive attitude
n
