Senior Administration & Compliance Officer n

We are seeking a highly organised and capable Senior Administration Officer to take full ownership of our internal mobilisation, compliance, and onboarding processes. In this position, you will be at the heart of our operations, working closely with both field crews and office teams to make sure our workforce gets where they need to be, when they need to be there, and be fully compliant.

This is a fixed 12-month contract (maternity leave cover) with the potential for permanency.

Key responsibilities n

Management of mandatory industry compliance including medicals, drug & alcohol tests, VOCs, inductions, and site-specific credentials

n

Booking and issuing accurate mobilisation details, including flights and accommodation, while maintaining the roster system accurately

n

Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for all new hires, coordinating contracts, setting up system profiles, and scheduling internal safety inductions

n

Building and maintaining professional relationships with our external clients and suppliers

n

Keep our internal databases meticulously updated

n

Serve as the primary,



high-energy point of contact for new staff navigating their initial weeks with the business

n

Maintaining controlled documents, forms, templates and records

n

Coordinate document reviews and updates

About you n

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in order of importance

n

Exceptional time management skills

n

Clear, professional communication and written skills, with a friendly and approachable manner

n

Resilience under pressure and the ability to adapt quickly when priorities shift

n

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel

n

Openness and a 'can-do' attitude

n
