We are currently seeking passionate and experienced Single /Couple Store Managers -to join our Relief/ Permanent Management Team , supporting day-to-day operations across multiple store locations.

We are seeking passionate single & management couples to join our dynamic team in one of our remote locations. This is not just a job- it's an adventure! You'll have the chance to work side by side, share your retail expertise, and collaborate closely with community while exploring some of Australia's most isolated locations.

You will play a vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of the local community while upholding the store's commercial performance and reputation.

- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, stock control, merchandising, and staff supervision
n
- Provide effective leadership and mentoring to in-store teams, fostering a collaborative and culturally respectful environment
n
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety Standards, WHS, and company policies
n
- Maintain excellent store presentation and high levels of customer service
n
- Support with staff training initiatives
n
- Build positive relationships with community stakeholders and team members.

- Supermarket Retail Expertise: A minimum of 3 years in retail or fast-moving consumer goods within a supermarket environment.

- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in mentoring, training, and leading diverse teams.

- Operational Knowledge: Competence in rostering, staff allocation, and budget management, including inventory and expense controls.

- Cultural Awareness: Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures.

- Customer Focus: Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

- Tech Savvy: Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
