Monash Health is seeking an experienced Education Pharmacist to co-lead the Pharmacy Educator team and drive the development and delivery of Clinical Pharmacy Services education across our network. This Grade 3 Pharmacist role combines clinical practice, education and leadership to support pharmacy teams.
The role spans across seven hospitals and community settings, offering structured rotations, mentoring and opportunities to lead quality improvement in education and service delivery.
