We're searching for an experienced and enthusiastic Duty Manager to join the team at the Mail Exchange Hotel — a vibrant, quick-paced venue located opposite Southern Cross Station. Key responsibilities n

- Running day‑to‑day venue operations
n
- Leading and mentoring the team
n
- Contributing to marketing and social media
n
- Rostering, stock control, and managing KPIs
n

About you nn
- Experience in food, beverage & gaming operations
n
- Knowledge of TAB, Keno & wagering
n
- Current Vic Gaming Licence, RSA, RSG & RSF
n
- Wagering accreditation (a bonus!)
n
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
n
