n Project Value: Approx. $10m
n Start: Immediate
n Rate: Circa $75 + Super PAYG (PTY ABN would be PAYG rate + super + gst)

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a major mechanical and electrical project being delivered across multiple campuses within a large university environment in Geelong.

n

With an estimated project value of approximately $10m , this is an opportunity for a capable Site Manager to take ownership of site delivery across multiple work fronts within a complex, live institutional environment.

The Role n

n
- Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple campus locations
n
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical and associated subcontractor works
n
- Manage subcontractors, trades and site personnel
n
- Drive safety, quality and program outcomes
n
- Manage site schedules, lookaheads and construction programs
n
- Conduct inductions, pre-starts, toolbox talks and site inspections
n




- Manage permits, SWMS, ITPs, defects and site documentation
n
- Work closely with the Project Manager, consultants, client and key stakeholders
n
- Coordinate works within an operational university environment
n
- Monitor progress, quality and compliance across multiple work fronts
n
- Ensure project HSEQ requirements and site procedures are maintained
n

About You nn
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or experienced Site Supervisor
n
- Mechanical & Electrical project experience highly desirable
n
- Experience across commercial, institutional, education or other live environments
n
- Strong subcontractor and site coordination skills
n
- Comfortable managing multiple work fronts and/or locations
n
- Robust understanding of safety, quality and construction programming
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Relevant construction qualifications and tickets
