Job Description

n

You'll take over an established sales seat with warm enquiries already coming in, a pathway that converts and a team behind you. You'll run discovery and closing calls, carry clients through to settlement, and lead one to two direct reports doing the same.

n

We help everyday Australians buy their first home using our proven homeownership pathway, working alongside licensed brokers and solicitors. Seven years doing it.

What you'll own n

Discovery and closing calls, then handover into our application process

n

Your pipeline, conversion rate and targets — and lifting all three

n

Coaching your direct reports, with more headcount as results justify it

n

Working with fulfilment, applications and marketing so every client reaches settlement

n

Conversations that are explicit, honest and educational — clients are making the biggest decision of their lives.

What we need n

A closing record you can talk through, in consultative, high-value sales

n

Experience coaching or managing at least one other salesperson

n

Comfortable on phone and video, and disciplined in a CRM

n

Property, finance or education sales is a bonus, not a requirement

n

Self-directed — you'll be managing your own day and your reps' without anyone looking over your shoulder

Our team n

Small, fully remote and genuinely invested. Sales, applications, fulfilment and marketing all in-house, so leads and paperwork move without you chasing them. We're in contact through the week and get together in person once a month.
