Job Description

Merivale is seeking a Bar Manager for Jimmy’s Falafel Paddington, a hub within our premier Sydney venues. You will lead a creative, beverage-driven bar team, overseeing end-to-end operations with speed, style and charisma.

You will develop people, elevate cocktail programs and guest experiences across multiple venues, while upholding exceptional service standards and staff culture. This role requires hands-on leadership in a rapid-paced, premium environment.
