25hours Hotel The Olympia in Sydney seeks a Sales Manager to lead proactive sales across rooms, meetings, events and F&B.; You will own market segments, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth with the Commercial Director and Revenue team.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, multi-segment selling, and delivering exceptional client experiences. You will collaborate across hospitality spaces, develop account plans, and manage RFPs/RFIs while expanding the hotel’s presence
